If your goal is to cut down on sugar, you might want to check the nutrition on your fruit juices and smoothies. Fruit contains a lot of sugar - it is sweet after all - and fruit juices are often sweetened even more.
Ultimately, you are not going to find a healthy substitute for a drink that gave you 40g sugar per can. I suggest developing a taste for water.

Yea I just accepted that water is the best thing so I'm going to try and drink just water from now on.
