Etheric Light (post-TTK)
There are a lot of changes happening with the next DLC (with a lot of particulars around "year one" and "year two").
Regarding Etheric Light, I missed the clarification around its status going forward. I am guessing that it will still be rewarded in PoE 34 and 35 (and that you would only be able to apply those to year one weapons and armor owned or obtained during year two).
Is that correct or is Etheric Light being removed completely? Thanks for your responses guardians!

It would be cool if we could use them as Infusion materials. Push one into a legendary or exotic weapon to bump it's rating up by 10 or so.

It would appear that you cannot sell them to the speaker in ttk, rendering them useless. All other ascendent material can be sold except these?

1 ReplyI don't think they have clarified what's going to happen to etheric light. If they become useless for TTK I hope you can trade them for something. Kind of like you consumed your consumables for rep in HoW after TDB. But hopefully alot more rep or something more valuable since etheric light is a lot harder to come by compared to what consumables was. But I don't know, just hoping I quess...

I think it will still exist and you will get it from the prison as usual. Trials and nightfall might eliminate it though
