It's worth 450,000. Like I said it's one of the wealthiest areas. 10 mins from NYC. No crime.
Also it's got two floors and a basement. 4 bedrooms 2 baths... Really not what you think. 70 thousand dollar kitchen all granite granite island. Custom cabinets. Don't hate man, it isn't a good look on you

It has much more too, did a lot of the work myself like built my trex deck installed my heating ac system, built in irrigation... The works.

Nice man grats I never been much of a jersey person but I'll give Wayne another look if it's that nice. Do you have a pool or maybe a hot tub or something to that extent, I'm not much of a pool person but it's nice to have.

No pool a hot tub, but I don't use that my girl loves I though, but plans to put a salt water one in next year. I would say give Wayne a look. Really nice place.
