Yeah, and you brought up another good point. In the video they were commenting, talking about "what will be the next Thorn?" and such, asking which weapons will be the next whatever compared to older weapons. So I'm sitting here thinking to myself if they were looking to make different weapons that are replacing the old, why not just KEEP the old ones and simply create NEW weapons instead? How many of these new Legendary and Exotic weapons are going to be essentially a remake of what people already have but with a higher max damage? Just seems rather pointless to me. I mean if the Year 2 weapons were really that good and that new, then they should be able to stand on their own two feet without having to relegate Year 1 stuff to being "lesser" by comparison.
