It's DLC. Bungie also said they want to like the look and feel of our weapons. What if I don't like the look or feel of my weapons in TTK. What if the new raid isn't as good as VoG. Then I don't want to do the new raid I want to do VoG, but the only way to get good weapons is the new raid. What if they do it again in year 3 or 4 or 5. Then no one would invest time in their game because they know it would be pointless.
