Bungie you are making a HUGE mistake by leaving exotics behind, they are supposed to progress with us.
Dumping them in the trash is lazy, and personally I think you need to re evaluate that philosophy
I remember the first time xur sold icebreaker and I had 16 strange coins and I was about to give up but I decided to create a titan to play that one mission where you get a strange coin from the cryptarch and I was so happy I did that on Saturday night and purchased my first ever exotic. Don't take that away from me
I don't care if some exotics don't have a year 2 version but what I do care about is if they have year 2 attack value.
There's a difference between being forced to use new things and having the option to use new things, and I don't think you understand that Bungie.

Why cant it be choice, like "man, look at all these sweet new exotics, I hardly ever use my Ice Breaker anymore.." instead its " Wow, I sure wish I had my Ice Breaker for this part of the Raid... oh good, i have a gun that gives me agility for precision kills!" Bottom line, they are taking away guns that make pve easy. They want stuff to be hard, for us to struggle more. Dont ask me why, its just obvious now.
