Should i use my marks to buy a fulcrum since they wont exist after ttk? Or should i keep them because they have a use in ttk?

Well, the legendaries will not be able to be infused to become stronger in the TTK. But will scale up in the crucible... However, the current marks will not exist in TTK and be replaced by legendary marks. They did state in the update today that blocks of 25 marks will be converted into a consumable for rep, similar to the vanguard/crucible tokens from the dark below. Hope that helps
