Some people watch when they are not able to play. Such as, at work or insert reason here. Others use it to judge if they are going to buy the game or not. Some people just like watching people play games.
-
I supposed those are valid reasons. It just seems odd to me. I watched some guys play MH4 when it came out but I was also playing at the same time.
-
Many things seem odd to me, at least things I don't enjoy, but I can still understand why others enjoy them. To each their own I suppose. Great name by the way.

Thanks

Why would you buy something if you can steal it for free?
-
Only free if you get away with it, but its a valid question.
-
Why would you watch a sport you could play?
-
I don't watch sports. I think sports players are over glorified and over paid. Unless you count EVO. I did watch that this year.
-
That's different. Generally the players are leagues above you in regards to skill, commitment, time spend perfecting their sport. YouTube generally aren't better than everyone and are average.
-
That's completely different
-
It's pretty much the same thing. They're both watched for entertainment.

Edited by ObamaBinLaden: 8/20/2015 10:41:28 PMMost people that watch the nba, for example, can't dunk a basketball, or run as fast as a running back in the nfl, or whatever, while most people that watch streams can easily play the game themselves
-
That's not true at all. Some people are good at the game and some people are bad. Same goes for sports lovers and viewers.
-
Getting good at a game requires much less time and effort than getting good at a sport
-
It's still the same source of entertainment' is what's my point.. Not comparing gaming to sports but the source of enjoyment in watching them.
