I'm sure Jason West and Vince Zampela (formerly lead designers at infinity ward) are happy they got fired in a way given they will have more creative freedom at respawm entertainment.

That's true, IW haven't been the same since they got fired. Treyarch have their goldmine with zombies, are a great development team.
