Erm...sorry can't help there. I do know that if you restart a character, and use the infusion they give you, it will bring your current character to level 25.

I don't want to do that. I just want to go from level 1 to 40 and play through everything. Personally for me it'll be fine as I have a lot of time invested and know how the game works, but for a new player who just wants to start fresh from the beginning this could be really confusing. Especially with the outdated upgrade materials needed for those weapons. I'm hoping they will rework the whole game so there are no legendaries at level 20 any more.

If you start a new character when TTK comes out, you will get TTK whites, greens, and rare.
