My question is can we still reforge? Would be nice or a way to transfer perks from one gun to another? If I get a drop on an autorifle I don't like I should be able to move the perks from the one I don't to the one I do. Losing the one I don't in the process? Maybe only 1 perk can transfer and then you lose the weapon?

Yes, reforge was actually shown but barely there... If you go back and look at the Gunsmith part we can see the title of reforge barely. It's believed that it may not be available for Year 2 weapons though... maybe just Year 1 weapons. Planet Destiny has a recap video that talks a little about this.

I saw that but I think Deej has all HoW gear on at the time so could just be that everything between TDB and HoW can be but nothing after? Not sure I want the option but they need to balance out perks so that 1 or 2 rolls isn't godly.

It seems like Bungie is trying to get away from people being able to do the god rolls, so maybe reforging isn't an option anymore. It doesn't really bother me, it's cool to find a weapon with cool perks. Right now everyone hunts down the same perks by reforging weapons, over and over...

I'll admit that's what I did. I don't think they were god rolls though just my preference. If they do away I'll understand I just hope I can find some guns with decent perks then :)

I did not see any reforge tab when they were at the gunsmith. My guess? No.

It was seemingly avoided as a topic but if you watch the stream there's a point where it goes low enough to still see a reforging option as available. But I don't know what the specifics of it will be or if it's just related to the old dead orbit weapons Deej had equipped.
