Not exactly a vault. You still have to re-level all of your exotics if you delete and then pickup from the blueprint machine.

Don't think you have to fully re level year 1s. And there's a ton of exotics I don't use so if vault space becomes an issue again , happy to dismantle a super good advice for example.
