Honestly, it can be interpreted either way. "Taken forward" is ambiguous and they never straight said anything.

They were supposed to confirm this shit with the stream they did but all they did was leave more questions about our gear. Like holy shit,how hard is it to say YES or NO that year one exotics can be upgraded in year 2,it isn't that -blam!-ing hard.
