A large amount does seem like "basic fixes" that would normally just be in a free patch. Youre not alone in being underwhelmed.

And it will be in a free patch. D'you think they'd fork the universe into two separate games, and deal with your account teleporting between them every time you download or delete an item of DLC? It'll be exactly like Crota and TDB, where everyone gets the patch, everyone gets to see the gear, but only if you pay can you play the new activities that give it out.
