Unconfirmed along with what keeps you from pulling a Exo out of the collections, dismantle it for shit, and pull another out over and over? They already said it tracks if u had it and it got dismantled by your cat.... Sounds broken otherwise it would know which Exo u dismantled a collections one or one from before.

Apparently the understanding is it does not keep the stats so u have to re upgrade the item.

If you pull one out of the bleuprint you have to max it again

What if you pull a year one that dosent havd a y2 varienymt and its for a quick use you dont wanna lvl it up
