They have stated that they are going to amend the algorithms with the intent to provide a higher chance to receive items that are not currently in your inventory...NOT because RNG is broken, but to provide you with a greater variety of items. In your initial statement, you asked "When will the god-awful RNG be fixed?", implying that it is broken. I think the issue here is that you aren't quite understanding what the term 'broken' means. Here: broken [broh-kuh n]: 4. not functioning properly; out of working order. (I use item 4 because it is the most applicable). There is nothing about the RNG in its current state that is not in working order. Go back to school and get educated...maybe you should have payed better attention to your vocabulary words instead of being that girl who focused her efforts on learning all the coolest slang 'dirty words' (i.e., douchebag). Bottom line, you aren't on my level; you are uneducated; your vocabulary is horrible; you rely on Bungie to fulfill your wants and desires when they have been clear on their intents.
