Will ps4 exclusives from year 1 like hawkmoon and Monte Carlo and 4th horseman that Xbox players will get be obsolete? Or since they are new to us will they be up to year 2 power?

The TTK teaser shows the year 1 exotics and some kind of mechanics (ascendant/fusion/thingy) to upgrade em to year 2! The part of the video where they show the exotic blue print pic! At the bottom are the year 1, at the top I think are the new year 2 exotics and to the right the year 1 upgraded to year 2! Or that's how I understand the pic.

Yea but I've read and watched every video and article posted, especially by game informer, and I don't recall reading anything that confirms that. Have you? I may have just missed it

They are exotics. So should stay relevant in all of the game.
