It hasn't been "changed" - the recommended retail price (RRP) is still the same for all the products. Independent retailers are discounting it, not Bungie/Activision. And the digital expansion (only available from the PS Store) is still £40. The question still stands - because they will do the same thing for the next dlc unless they are confronted. Fwiw, I bought the legendary edition for £34.85...
