Can the same weapon appear two you with different stats? What do I mean? I get a random omolon scout, with high impact low fire rate Can that same scout drop again with different stats. Not perks, but stats. I ask because I would enjoy seeing more weapon diversity, not just the same guns dropping all the time. I guess you can think of it as the way guns drop in borderlands 2
