We've been told that the new class items will have additional game affecting perks, and that we are now able to pledge allegiance to a faction instead of wearing a class item so we can now wear class items we want. How will year 1 class items make the transition? Will they be able to get new perks or will I be at a disadvantage wearing them because I like the way they look over new class items?
