Will we ever be able to dress however we want, while still being suited for end game play? As in, will we be able to wear blue armour and still expect to do well in high end pve? I'd love the gear system to be changed so green, blue and purple/gold didn't restrict you, but further enabled you. A good way to do it would be instead of having differing attack/defence values, have more perks for the higher rarity. 1 perk for green, 2 for blue, 3 for purple and gold.
