Before you try to give answers about economics, exchange rates, minimum wages and international taxes read this:
[spoiler]Other $40USD DLCs (including Activision DLCs) aren't comparatively priced as high in other regions. In Australia HoW and TDB were $25 each and TTK is $70 (almost 3 times the price). So you can't blame exchange rates or minimum wages because there's a very clear price president for DLCs in these countries. It can't be the result of a sudden economic change or international tax because many overseas regions are being overcharged for TTK so that would have to mean a bunch of unrelated countries all experienced the same identical coincidental financial circumstance.[/spoiler]
