Game informer has already mentioned about emblems being given their own vault, hope this helps. As for the rest, the teaser showed an exotic weapon storage screen which I assume means they will be out of the vault as well, but might only be a placeholder screen to show you what you have/ are missing. Let's hope the stream reveals more.
