Will our hard-earned weapons and armor sets continue to be relevant moving forward?

No! So you want to play with your VoG armour and Fatebringer for 10 years? They are moving to a more MMO type thing, next DLC expansion there will be something better to work towards.

If they add Transmog then I frankly don't care what else they do, my concerns are purely cosmetic, I like how my stuff looks right now and I'm not about to trade down for anything that looks worse. And thanks for reminding me to ask about Transmog.

Just because they're adding new things doesn't mean everything before it has to be irrelevant, that's just stupid. I'd be happy to use new guns and armor if I like them, but lots of new stuff they've added looks worse than the old stuff, and if that trend continues you're damn right I'll want to keep using at least some of the old stuff (most notably armor, almost all Warlock armor in this game is absolutely hideous and the best looking stuff in the game was the original vendor gear from before the first DLC, everything since has been progressively worse and forcing people to abandon what they like is no proper way to move a game forward).

No! You are going about it the wrong way... We don't want to use old gear, we want to use new gear but looks like old gear, thus you are requesting transmorgification. Like I said they are moving towards a more MMO type feel. Have you ever played Diablo III or WOW or Guild Wars or any MMO? When it comes close to the end of an expansion you will have all the best stuff and as soon as the next one drops all that stuff is quickly replaced by greens(common) and blues(rare).

Amd yes I've played Diablo III, I've referred to its Transmog every time I requested it as being a model they should use to implement it in this game.

Cool, glad we are on the same page then. I honestly don't want to use VoC, Fatebringer and Gally anymore.
