To be fair, most of the 400 some odd hours I have in the game was spent Pre-Dark Below. Despite all of the game's other issues, when DB landed and they tried doing this back then as well? I immediately saw those previous months as having been an utter waste of time and promptly stopped playing. House of Wolves then released and introduced Etheric Light, at which point my largest problem was resolved by it and I resumed playing. Now they are once again repeating Dark Below nonsense and right after giving us a system for Gear Ascension they are taking it back out again? So no, I once again have no motivation to continue playing. Am I hopeful these problems will be resolved and this won't become an issue ever again? Yes. I have already invested $100 in the game and have no desire to sell it for only a fraction of what I spent, so I'll keep it for sure. And I haven't quit the game, either. I got on to buy the Gally from Xur and have been leveling it up off and on, but for the most part I've been busy playing the new Witcher game which is a much more fulfilling experience.
