Sorry to hear that. I've done that on a lot of occasions when typing important papers for classes. It makes you feel like you want to die. Only thing I can tell you is to wait to do it again until tomorrow or wait a few hours. Give it sometime to let the frustration leave you. Who knows, maybe when you go to attempt it again it'll turn out better then before!
