I've used FR (once in ToO run) but I've used WoL waayyy more and IMHO WoL with a high impact sniper is much more lethal than any FR perk (again I only used FR once). I know it's a super but it's also a OHK just like FR, not a super like GG or nova bomb. In game modes like control you can constantly refill your ward of dawn as long as you get a few kills with WoL and sniper, which means you can have FR on every round for nearly half of the entire match. just my opinion though WoL is just like FR for every round in my opinion
