not even one shart.... if you paid for the game, you should be able to get all the stuff in the game one way or another XUR exists to make up for the RNG - I didn't make that up, Bungie said it a long time ago... tbh I think Forza has a good thing going with ability to win cars you want by RNG drops or completing events, worst case you grind a crapload of events and buy the car you want
