They have teased it in house of wolves too, but it is now the Vestian dynasty.

They've shown gameplay of the Vesta Dynasty for new TTK exotic weapons

However; they have stated that all new exotics will not be RNG: and will have a "quest line" akin to Exotic Weapon Bounties. So, this could theory could play a huge part as to how to go about getting this weapon. Or at least touch on some points of it.
