Because I've got an online list of games which didn't meet user expectation standards yet billions of dollars in the entire industry did not leave the gaming industry for online interaction models so... You'll eventually learn that people leave games for a few reasons, but the biggest? It's not their particular cup of coffee or tea. They just bought it, sampled it, and returned it. They never made it online to talk about it. But they did give feedback directly to Bungie.
