So I'm just going to say this now. If the only thing that made you feel better than everyone else was a gun you lucked out on, then clearly you never had the skill or prowess to stick out in the proverbial crowd. Gjallarhorn is an over-hyped rocket launcher. That's it. It's not a status symbol, it never was. This is for two reasons, 1) I know that ANYONE OVER LEVEL TWENTY COULD GET IT. Time was not a prerequisite. Only luck. So the guy with thirty hours under his belt had just as much chance as getting it as a guy with over 3000 hours. 2) It's a broken gun that makes the game mind numbingly easy. Sit back, pop a few synths, atheon/crota/skolas is fading into glimmer in the next two minutes. Stop this nonsense of calling people Xürners. It's unbecoming of you people. Prove your worth with actions, not items. You might find its much more effective. And to anyone else out there that doesn't need an item to feel special, keep doing you. It's setting a good example for the other players.
