Many won't be upgradable and no matter what bungie says, those that can't upgrade will fade out of use. Why use a 365 when you can use something that is better in terms of damage?

Older stuff like raids and patrol cap at previous levels. The crucible has equalized damage. There will still be usefulness for those weapons we love.
