Not all elitists have 3400. I have 3110 and I've got nothing more than 400 hours, 23/27 exotics and have completed the moments of triumph. I'm on my way to get SGA and LoW as in close to closing in on those bounties (150/1000 in LoW. Working towards SGA bounty). If you seen my exotic collection, you'd be amazed in what a unlucky person can do in this amount of time ;)
