The assumptions are well founded though, as with TDB and HoW were overhyped and provided a 3rd of the content we were expecting, along with bugs, along with terrible weapon balancing, along with vanilla areas, with vanilla enemies, and maybe 1 or 2 new meh concepts. TTK is looking underwhelming for $40, and it needs to be amazing if it wants to make up for the last 2 "dlcs".
