Does headseeker really do nothing for pulse rifles? I know it was a small boost, but I imagine it helped with the 2 burst kill on high impact PR's such as the messenger and hopscotch?

I don't remember the exact numbers but it's like a 4 damage increase over a regular critical. 37 turns to 41 I think? So you're better off getting all headshots, since it doesn't really make up for the damage loss

Reactive reload is the best damage booster, but hidden hand and third eye might be the most useful. Outlaw or feeding frenzy too

Although the spare change has better base stats last I checked so I'll try to reroll my spare change. My spare change has third eye, small bore, flared magwell, quickdraw and counter balance.

I dislike spare change because without counterbalance the recoil always goes to the side rather than up. Messenger is good, threelw is good, Hopscotch, and the other one you mentioned too

Because it's stats are better than hopscotch and on par with messenger I believe.

Messenger Hopscotch and spare change all have the same rof and impact. Spare change has the highest range, Hopscotch has the highest stability, and messenger comes with extended mags, perfect balance, and third eye
