Yup, day one with 3 characters and never had it drop. Was drilling with the guard the weekend xur first sold it. Now I'm out of town this weekend but I've got some awesome friends willing to help me out (thank god)

It looks like he got it for me. For all the negative portrayals of this game and its community on the forums, I feel like everything is misrepresented. I've met a lot of awesome and supportive people through this game.
