Unless there was proof of anything then there's no verifiable truth. Levels on disc? Sure. There's evidence, but loading cut or unfinished content has been around for years. In fact, look at Halo. For recent, Souls games have it, too. An entire boss fight actually with moves and sound - not just cut or preloaded texture.
