What do you mean it happens in "every game?" There has never been a FPS that forces you to move onto different guns, and I'm 100% certain.
The only time weapons get reshuffled that way is when a [i]sequel[/i] comes out, and TTK is [i]not[/i] a sequel- it's DLC. :P
