I just got it on my second dragon strike. Had some friends helping me since I'm only level 26. Dropped with reactive reload and feeding frenzy. I'm probably going to reroll when I actually have the material.

Yeah I decided to keep it for just sentimental reasons then realized how much those perks feed into each other. Thanks for the advice.
