I'd be ok if you can't change class, because of subclass unlocks and such. But appearance things are cosmetic and doesn't affect game play whatsoever. Race, gender, and appearance should all be changable. Especially if we're supposed to be hanging onto these characters for 10 years, player's tastes change and what we want our characters to look like will change over time too. If we have plastic surgeons now and sex changing ability now, damn it, we should have it in the future too. Put the Genetic Re-structuralist where Tessa was.
