1.) Is the UNSC trying to make plasma technology? (Ex. Assault rifle fires plasma bullets similar to the storm rifle)
2.) What does Johnson know?
3.) Why doesn't Halsey have an awesome robot arm that shoots out lasers? (Jk on that laser part but why doesn't she have a robot arm?)

1.) Not on the scale of an ICWS, but yes. With the war over there is renewed interest in researching plasma weaponry. 2.) About what? 3.) She doesn't exactly have access to a UNSC or UEG medical facility with spare robotic prosthetics.
