Not really a misadventure....but I got outplayed by a hobgoblin in the nightfall today.
He threw a slap grenade behind the rock I was hiding behind, i jump up, he one shots me with line rifle as soon as my head appears over the rock. I sat there for a while dumbfounded that I got trolled by a hobgoblin.
