Are you speaking from experience? Like do you have all those weapons? Or are you just a messenger user looking at stats? If you like the messenger better because you've used these weapons, that's personal preference. If you don't have HP, you should definitely get it. I own all those pulse rifles and I feel I personally like HP the best. That's my preference though. I'm sure some people rather range on messenger. I rather the maxed stability 2 burst kill at medium/close range
