Going for flawless on crota and one guy was soloing the lamps and I was just doing what any hunter would and I was hopping around on the rocks outside the helmouth... right when the "bridge is building" music played I was in mid air after a double jump and I got flung against a rock wall and killed forcing the group to reset..
