My raid team was doing Hard Mode Oracles back when 30 was max. I was up at the hiding spot above the Templar, overlooking the back left Oracle. For some unknown reason, I decided that it was smart to jump up and throw a tripmine at the Templar whilst it raining down Aeon Maul at me. Yea, the tripmine exploded from the shot from the Tenmplar killing me, we got wiped and I stayed silent the whole entire raid... At that point, I was also the raid leader so it was quite embarassing.
