It was a super glitch, but he just crouched (dancing and crouching for extra groove or whatever) and he held the last one a little longer and boom.... Holy s*** lol, was doing the eye of the gate lord mission.

I don't know, glitch is the only way to explain it.... I just had a regular scout (purple) turn into a fire element (just the label) when I switched to it from my abyss defiant... Also a glitch.

I'm afraid I don't have any proof, but I can tell the story and why I think it happened. I was doing the World's Grave story mission, alone, as my Titan, I was up to the part where you have to kill that special Knight. The specifics are fuzzy but I remember I had just used FoH to clear some enemies, including the Knight, when something killed me. I think killing the Knight finished the checkpoint. As you may know, finishing a checkpoint revives all downed players. I guess clearing the cp is what revived me. The series of events must have gone like this (over the course of a couple seconds): 1. Kill special Knight. 2. Die. 3. Game recognizes the checkpoint as finished and revives downed players (i.e. me). It's happened to me twice on my Titan and once on my Hunter.
