I play a lot of crucible by myself so I get put on scrubby teams going against good teams quite often. Every once in a while, I'll play with this guy on my friends list who plays with his team. His overall k/d is better than mine, but I always outdo him at the end of the match. Playing with decent teammates will improve your k/d, cause they'll get your back.
