I have one with Outlaw / Hand laid stock (full stability) / Headseeker and Trusight scope. It's pretty good but I want to get another one and go for a more perfect roll of Feeding Frenzy / Hand laid stock / Reactive reload. We will have to see how bad hand cannons get nerfed in PVP but HP is already viable in PVP and may become even more so.

I think braced Fran will be better...you don't lose range but you go to 24 bullets...still max stab
-
good point and with feeding frenzy/reactive reload you will be reloading quickly anyways so 24 wouldn't really hurt anyways most of the time
-
Reactive reload will get crit to 51 dmg...feeding frenzy will make it reload quicker after a kill...outlaw will make it reload faster after precision kill...spray and play reload faster when empty mag....use Hunter with the reload that stacks on precision kills and you could have a beast weapon

Is that perfect roll really a two burst crit kill? I'm looking to reroll mine too.
-
Hopscotch does 114 per pulse, so yeah 2 shot kill to the head, reactive reload pretty much makes it two shots period. Got mine with Outlaw/Hand-laid Stock/Counterbalance and it doesn't move at all. 2 bursts to the head couldn't get easier.

I noticed you didn't mention headseeker or hidden hand. You feel that it's not needed?
-
The damage per trigger pull is high enough that they aren't needed. Hidden Hand rules out a good reload perk(Outlaw, Feeding Frenzy) for more forgiving aim where Hopscotch has a pretty slow reload speed. Headseeker isn't needed if your gun has high enough stability(Braced Frame, Hand-laid Stock) that all your shots are landing on the head anyway. While you can get those perks, I was trying for max stability with good reload, which I got.

Edited by R3MiX: 8/8/2015 12:24:16 AMGood to know. I just rerolled mine with max stability and reactive reload and a fast reload perk for when the mag is empty [ not what I wanted but I ran out of weapon parts]. I'm gonna give it a try and see how it does.
