In pvp, adept weapons are the same as non adept weapons o.0 As for pve, there are better choices than hopscotch as your primary.

The only better choices would be exotic hand cannons. If you wanna use pulse rifles, there isn't anything better than a perfectly rolled Hopscotch.

In pvp, yes. Exotic hand cannons are the best. They deliver the most dmg without much skill. However, I have been dominating exotic hand cannons and hopscotch users with my messenger. I just don't see why ppl think that hopscotch is the best. [spoiler]In pve, hopscotch is one of the worst choices for end game content.[/spoiler]

Definitely in PvE. I agree. But in PvP the Hopscotch is a Messenger (same RoF and impact) with higher stability, and more aim assist, and whatever else you want on it. Reload speed, headseeker, secret round, whatever you want. Yes the messenger is amazing, it's my go to if I want to use a Pulse, but Hopscotch has the potential to be better.
