They said that there was no risk of becoming addicted when they tried to get approval for the new synthetic heroine. It turns out through leaked documents that they flat out lied. And now look at the mess. How about Viagra being forced to list death on the list of potential side effects. And then there is Chantix. If your not familiar it's a stop smoking aid. It's also a psyco reactive substance. It causes depression, suicidal thoughts, sleep walking, nightmares, vivid dreams and other nasty mind bending side effects. I tried it and it worked. It also made me want nothing but to end my life. With horrific nightmares on top of it. After 3 days of being off the pills i was fine again. There was a class action lawsuit filed a few years ago because people were driving their cars while sleeping and hitting trees and driving off cliffs. Must have settled out of court because I heard Chantix was being remarketed for alcohol treatment. The point is. The real problem isnt illegal drugs themselves. Its the huge black market that has an inherent criminal element involved. Its your body it should be your choice. Just like abortion. And your allowing the people profiting from drug sales to make rulings on the availability of prescription drugs. Its like inmates with life sentences being given prisons to run. Or handing the guy in the rubber room the keys to an asylum.
